Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the BankingVibe website (bankingvibe.com) and our financial product comparison services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be legally bound by and comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. Your continued use of BankingVibe following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

Description of Service
BankingVibe operates as a free financial product comparison platform that helps consumers research and compare loans, credit cards, mortgages, insurance products, and other financial services from multiple providers. Our Service is designed to provide informational and educational content to support your financial research.
Important Clarification: BankingVibe is NOT:
- A lender, bank, or financial institution
- An insurance company or underwriter
- A financial advisor or registered investment adviser
- An authorized agent of any financial services provider
- A loan originator or guarantor
We are a neutral comparison and educational platform. When you use our comparison tools and click "Apply" on a lender's profile, you are directly submitting an application to that lender's website. We facilitate the comparison but do not process applications or approve loans.

All information, content, and materials provided on BankingVibe—including articles, comparison data, rates, terms, and product descriptions—are for informational and educational purposes only. BankingVibe does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, nor does it constitute a recommendation to apply for, purchase, or use any specific financial product.
Financial decisions are highly personal and depend on your unique circumstances, credit profile, income, financial goals, and risk tolerance. Before making any financial decision, we strongly encourage you to:
- Consult with a licensed financial advisor, accountant, or attorney
- Review all terms and conditions directly with the lender or insurance provider

Accuracy and Changes: While we strive to provide accurate information, rates, fees, and terms change frequently and may not reflect current offers at the time of your visit. User Eligibility
By using BankingVibe, you represent and warrant that:

- You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into binding contracts
- You will use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- The information you provide is accurate, truthful, and complete
If you do not meet these eligibility requirements, you are not authorized to use BankingVibe and must discontinue use immediately.
Prohibited Uses
You agree that you will not, and you will not permit anyone else to, use BankingVibe to:
- Scrape or Automate: Scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated tools to extract data from our Service without written permission
- Submit False Applications: Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information when using our comparison or application tools
- Misrepresent Identity: Use false personal information, assume another person's identity, or otherwise misrepresent yourself
- Illegal Activity: Engage in any illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering, or identity theft
- System Disruption: Attempt to disrupt, damage, or overload our Service or servers
- Unauthorized Access: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to BankingVibe systems, accounts, or networks
- Resell Content: Republish, resell, or use our comparison data or content for commercial purposes without permission
- Multiple Applications: Submit duplicate or multiple applications for the same financial product through our platform
- Intellectual Property Violation: Infringe upon or violate any trademark, copyright, patent, or other intellectual property rights
- Harassment: Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse any person or entity through our Service
Intellectual Property
All content on BankingVibe—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, comparison tables, calculators, articles, and software—is the exclusive property of BankingVibe or its content providers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view, read, and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:
- Reproduce, republish, or distribute any content without written permission
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our content
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Use any content in a manner that implies endorsement by BankingVibe without authorization
Any unauthorized use of BankingVibe's intellectual property may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
Third-Party Partners
BankingVibe connects you with lenders, insurers, credit card issuers, and other financial service providers (collectively, "Partners"). When you click "Apply Now," "Get a Quote," or similar action buttons on our platform, you are leaving BankingVibe and entering a Partner's website directly.
Important: BankingVibe is NOT responsible for:
- Partner terms, conditions, privacy policies, or practices
- The accuracy of Partner information or offers
- Partner customer service, application processing, or lending decisions
- Partner security, data protection, or handling of your information
- Any disputes, fraud, or complaints involving Partners
- Changes to Partner offers, rates, or availability
When you submit an application or provide information to a Partner, you are entering into a separate agreement with that Partner. We encourage you to review each Partner's privacy policy and terms of service before providing personal or financial information. Your relationship and any contractual obligations are solely with the Partner, not with BankingVibe.
Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on BankingVibe is accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. Financial products, rates, terms, fees, and availability change frequently without notice.
You acknowledge that:
- All rates displayed are estimates and may not be current
- Actual rates you receive depend on your credit profile, income, and other underwriting factors
- Product availability may be limited by state, geography, or other eligibility factors
- Promotional offers expire and may not be available to all applicants
- You must verify all information directly with the lender before applying
BankingVibe does not control or guarantee the information provided by Partners and makes no warranty regarding Partner data accuracy. It is your responsibility to independently verify all terms and conditions with the Provider before commitment.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BankingVibe and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
- Financial losses or poor credit decisions made based on BankingVibe content
- Inaccurate rates, terms, or information
- Loan denials or unfavorable loan terms offered by Partners
- Data breaches or unauthorized access to information
- Loss of earnings, business, or investment opportunities
- Damage to credit score or creditworthiness
- Service interruption, server errors, or technical issues
This limitation applies even if BankingVibe has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BankingVibe and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your misuse of the Service
- Your submission of false or misleading information
- Your application to Partners or use of Partner services
- Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
- Any disputes with Partners or other users
BankingVibe reserves the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any indemnified matter, in which case you agree to cooperate fully with our legal counsel.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. BankingVibe is based in California, and the Service is offered in compliance with California law.
You agree that the courts located in San Francisco County, California shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue to resolve any legal disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service.
Dispute Resolution
Arbitration Clause: Except for claims brought in small claims court, you and BankingVibe agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration rather than litigation. A neutral arbitrator (selected through the American Arbitration Association) will resolve the dispute instead of a judge or jury.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding will be conducted on an individual basis only and not as a class action, collective action, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits against BankingVibe.
Exceptions: The arbitration agreement does not apply to:
- Claims brought in small claims court (up to applicable limits)
- Claims for injunctive relief to prevent intellectual property infringement
- Claims arising under California's consumer protection laws
If you wish to opt out of the arbitration agreement, you must send written notice to legal@bankingvibe.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
Termination
BankingVibe may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include:
- Violation of these Terms or applicable laws
- Fraudulent activity or misuse of the Service
- Submission of false or misleading information
- Violation of Partner terms or rules
- Abuse of our platform or systems
- Non-compliance with our policies
Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. You remain liable for any violations of these Terms or applicable laws that occurred prior to termination. Sections regarding limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
Changes to Terms
BankingVibe reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you through:
- Email notification to your registered account email (if applicable)
- A prominent notice on our website
- An update to the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms
We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of material changes via email. Your continued use of BankingVibe after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any modification, you must discontinue use of the Service.
